2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Discontinue products without notice
  • Refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraud

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Delivery Fee: AED 30
  • Free Delivery: Orders above AED 500

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment failure
  • Stock unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept payments through:

  • Stripe
  • (Future) Tabby
  • (Future) Tamara

All payment transactions are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (subject to operational capacity).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.

  • Exchanges are processed as: Return and New Order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by manufacturer warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Misuse
  • Unauthorized repair
  • Improper installation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website including logos, text, graphics, and images is the property of Engage Distribution ME FZE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify customer identity
  • Request additional documentation
  • Cancel suspicious transactions

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
